Bryce Holdaway is co-host of the phenomenally successful podcast The Property Couch and a partner at Empower Wealth, one of the most trusted and awarded advisory companies in Australia, specialising in helping people achieve financial peace through property investment. Bryce has an extensive background in television, too, having hosted Location, Location, Location Australia and Relocation, Relocation Australia on Foxtel's Lifestyle Channel, and Escape from the City on the ABC. His expertise also makes him a regular voice in national media, including television, radio, podcasts, and leading publications. As a qualified accountant, financial planner, property investment adviser, and buyer's agent, Bryce holds a full real estate licence in multiple states. Together with co-author and co-podcast host Ben Kingsley, Bryce has written three books.
Ben Kingsley is the founder of Empower Wealth, and together with his dedicated purpose-focused team, he has built a nationally recognised and award-winning advisory firm specialising in Finance, Property, and Wealth services. In 2015, Ben teamed up with co-author Bryce Holdaway to launch The Property Couch podcast, which has become Australia's No. 1 podcast in Property, Finance, and Money Management, regularly charting in the top 5 for the investment category and top 10 in business. Ben holds an Associate Diploma of Business, a Diploma of Finance and Mortgage Broking Management, and is a Qualified Property Investment Adviser (QPIA). He is also a licensed real estate agent across VIC, NSW, QLD, SA, and WA At the time of writing, Ben serves as Chair of the not-for profit Property Investors Council of Australia (PICA), advocating for property investors and educating them to run their small private rental accommodation businesses more effectively. He is the former Chair of the Property Investment Professionals of Australia (PIPA). Together with co-author and co-podcast host Bryce Holdaway, Ben has written three books.
