Darren Murph is a pioneer in distributed work and a recognised visionary in organisational design. Named an "oracle of remote work" by CNBC and featured in The Forbes Future of Work 50, Darren has spent his career helping organisations rethink the way they work.

As Head of Remote at GitLab, Darren led workplace strategy and operations, helping scale the world's first fully distributed company to a successful IPO.
