Gaiti Rabbani epitomises cultural diversity. She has lived and worked in three continents and travelled extensively over 25 years, working across diverse cultures. She has a rich appreciation of cultures, philosophies and people.
Of British-Asian heritage, Gaiti raised her third culture daughter as a single parent in Dubai while climbing to the senior-most ranks in the Dubai Government.
She is the founder and managing director of Rabbani Collective, a company that delivers quantum improvement in business outcomes by leveraging the potential of people. As a Certified Cultural Intelligence Professional with the Cultural Intelligence Center and a Certified Results Based Coach, she is well-positioned to deliver relatable and actionable insights through bespoke learning and development programs.
