Lucinda Hartley

Lucinda Hartley is a multi-award-winning urban designer, technology entrepreneur and keynote speaker. Named one of the Australian Financial Review’s Top 100 Most Influential Women, she has spent more than two decades shaping better places for people, from leading United Nations urban programs across Asia to delivering over 100 grassroots neighbourhood projects across Australia.
Her work sits at the intersection of cities, housing, technology and human behaviour. Known for translating complex social and demographic trends into practical strategies, Lucinda helps leaders, organisations and communities navigate change with confidence.
A serial entrepreneur, Lucinda is currently Co-Founder of Zeroo Home Loans, a shared-equity home loan platform creating new financial pathways for first home buyers. She previously co-founded Neighbourlytics, a global data analytics company used by city leaders in ten countries to design more liveable neighbourhoods, as well as the award-winning placemaking consultancy CoDesign Studio.
As a keynote speaker, Lucinda has delivered more than 500 talks across eight countries, empowering audiences to think entrepreneurially, anticipate disruption and embrace innovation in uncertain times.
