Pascale Helyar-Moray OAM

Pascale Helyar-Moray has 25 years of financial services marketing and brand-building experience. She has held senior marketing roles for JPMorgan Asset Management, BT Financial Group and BNP Paribas. More recently, Pascale has been involved in start-ups and was voted Female Fintech Leader of the Year 2024. Her advisory experience includes ResMed Ventures, Investment NSW and the Australian Gender Equality Council.

As part of her work to improve the gender pay gap and superannuation gap, Pascale founded Grow My Money, a brilliant way that women who take breaks from the paid workforce can continue to contribute to their long-term financial security. Grow My Money is a platform where members can shop with scores of major Australian brands – including Big W, Lululemon, Chemist Warehouse, Myer, Freedom, The Iconic – and receive a cashback into their mortgage or superannuation account.

As a result of her work to improve women’s financial situations, Pascale was awarded the Medal of the Order of Australia in the Australia Day 2024 Honours List for service to business and to women’s affairs.
