Karen is an experienced Professional Certified Executive Coach and Partner of Deloitte, where she has assisted senior leaders with attaining their professional goals for the past 25 years.

With over 2000 one-on-one coaching hours, she has a unique perspective on the intersection of coaching psychology (obtained through her Master of Science in Coaching Psychology) and lived leadership experience, and coaches with consideration of kindness in leadership, wellbeing, best self and leadership impact.

In Be Your Own Leadership Coach, Karen teaches strategies to help leaders advance their understanding of self-coaching so they can continue their leadership journey with confidence, optimism and a strong sense of self.
